BATHHOUSE ETIQUETTE
Our bathhouse is a space to slow down, switch off and reconnect — whether that’s with yourself or the people you came with. We welcome conversation and connection, but ask that everyone stays aware of the energy in the room and respects those around them.
Here’s how to help keep the vibe right:
Phones & Photography
Keep your phone on silent.
No phone calls.
Don’t point your camera towards other members.
Noise
This is a social space, but not a loud one.
Chat quietly, read the room, and respect the mood - if it feels like a wind-down zone, follow suit.
If you're with a group, great. Just keep it low-key.
Cleanliness + Hygiene
Rinse off before using any pool or heat zone.
Wear clean swimwear, not your gym kit from earlier.
Always sit on a towel in the sauna. It keeps things fresh for everyone.
No oils, scrubs or treatments unless provided by Project Mood.
Hydration
Stay hydrated. Bring a bottle or use the water stations.
No alcohol inside the bathhouse.
One Last Thing
The bathhouse works best when everyone respects the space, and each other. It’s not about rules for the sake of it, it’s about creating an environment that feels good to be in. Relax, tune in, and help keep it calm and considered.
See you in there.
