BATHHOUSE ETIQUETTE
Our bathhouse is a place to slow down, switch off, and reconnect. Whether that’s with yourself or the people you came with. We welcome conversation and connection, but ask that everyone stays mindful of the energy in the room and respects those around them.
Help us keep the mood just right:
Phones & Photography
Keep your phone on silent.
No phone calls inside the bathhouse.
Photography is welcome, but please ensure no other guests appear in your shots.
Noise
Chat quietly and be mindful of the mood in the room.
Enjoy time with your group, but keep voices at a level that won’t disturb others.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Please shower before entering any pool or heat zone.
Swimwear only — we kindly ask that you don’t wear gym clothes worn earlier.
Always sit on a towel in the sauna (towels are provided).
No oils, scrubs, or treatments unless provided by Project Mood.
Hydration
Stay hydrated. Water stations are available, and you’re welcome to bring a drink bottle (please, no glass).
No alcohol is permitted in the bathhouse.
One Last Thing
The bathhouse works best when everyone respects the space and each other. These aren’t rules for the sake of it, they’re here to create an atmosphere that’s calm, considered, and restorative.
Relax, tune in, and enjoy the experience.
