REFORMER PILATES

Strength through movement, grounded in rhythm and flow. Our Reformer Pilates classes are split into two styles: Flow, a slower pace focused on control and connection; and Ignite, with more intensity, more sweat, and a little more fire. Set to curated music in a space that feels good to be in, every class is led by expert instructors who keep things technical, considered, and always intentional. Whether you're building the basics or levelling up — you’ll feel the shift.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Train with purpose. Our Strength & Conditioning program is built around structure, variety, and progression — with each day targeting a different muscle group to support performance and recovery. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need: dumbbells, kettlebells, air bikes, ski ergs, rowers, and more. Led by sharp, experienced trainers who know how to get the best out of you — no yelling, no fluff, just proper training.
